Shipping Policy
At Kigsu, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
The delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and the size/weight of your order.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We provide Free Shipping on all orders above or equal to Rs. 499/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer). For Orders below Rs. 499 (with exclusions as above), shipping charges of Rs. 50 will apply. On select pin codes and/or on select products, we may apply additional shipping costs irrespective of the order value.
- International Shipping: We currently do not support international shipping. We are working with delivery partners for shipping outside India. Once all set, we will let you know.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on same day after payment is completed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods, but we will notify you if there are any significant delays.
4. Delivery Time
We deliver all in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout based on the shipping destination.

Standard Delivery:
Typically takes 3-5 business days from dispatch to delivery. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally occur during periods of high order volume, such as sales or holidays. -
Expedited Shipping:

In case of delays:
If an item is unexpectedly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and offer suitable resolutions to ensure your satisfaction.
In the event of any delay beyond the expected delivery window, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated delivery information.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses.
- We currently do not ship items outside Indian border. If you are from outside India, please reach out to us at support@kigsu.com for your orders. We are actively working with delivery partners for shipping orders outside India.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier (e.g., DHL, IndiaPost, or our delivery partners) for further assistance. If you suspect your package was lost before delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@kigsu.com or +91 81 36 82 35 12.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately receiving your package. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

10. Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you before the package is shipped.
