1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date (except for toys which are only returned if damaged in packaging or delivery).
  • Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Toys Items after unpacked (unless it is damaged in packaging or delivery).
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

3. How to Request a Refund

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs may apply, depending on the reason for return.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer either a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
